Q.

Hi My son was born on Jan 30, 2025, and his birth weight was 3.205. On the 69th day, we checked his weight, and it was 4.370. Is this a normal weight

A. Yes it is okay because the child has gained 1 kg and hundred grams on top of that which is decent enough of course the child can gain better over the period but right now this is an average weight that the child should pull up over the period like 500 g is expected every month so that is there so you can consider it as a decent weight
