hello doctor.my baby suffering with fever from yesterday . mosquitos are bite to my baby. today I was gave paracetamol syrup. and he has cold and wet cough . what should I do?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and he is having a fever and he is bitten by mosquitoes and he has coughs too so give him 2 ml syrup chericof three times a day and sinarest 1.2 ml three times a day
