hello doctor.... my baby's skin is very rough with small small red spots which seems like prickly in the face and the lower part. How to get rid of it and is their any home remedy

A. the baby is 9 months of age if you feel that the skin of the baby is very rough it is advisable to consult a skin specialist doctor for proper examination and medication
