you can include variety of healthy foods like banana, chikko, boiled potato, sprouts and pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and dried fruits, porridge, rice and daliya recipes, roti or paratha, pancake, chila, egg, Chicken fish if non-vegetarian and use ghee in meal preparations.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours.
follow good hygiene
avoid force feeding.
