hello doctor! my baby just one and half months old her weight 3kg i required suggestion to weight grow what to feed

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello in the first month you cannot expect much weight gain as the baby weight will reduce first and then it will start gaining and if baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month it is a good weight gains and also make sure there is sufficient breast milk
