ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should give a homemade balanced diet to your baby. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Eggs and non veg foods can be given. Add ghee to baby’s food. Add powdered nuts like almonds, peanuts to baby’s foods. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese every day. Continue to breastfeed baby.

Roast makhana in Ghee and make coarse powder of it and then cook this in milk can use dates as sweetner or u can use jaggery.
This is a great super food
2. Add bananas in morning snacking
3. Oats kichdi with vegetable
