Q.

Hello doctor, my baby is one year four months.but my daughter didn't gain the weight, in this month she is only 8 kg's. could you please send the best way to gain weight of my baby.And she could not interested to eat anything.please send me the best way.

A. Hello good evening !! After 6-8 months babies weight gain rate slows due to achieving milestones. If baby is active and achieving milestones then don't worry about weight, also baby weight is fine. High protein, calcium, fibre foods - Banana, mango, potato, beans, peas, mashed dal rice, curd rice, paneer, ghee, cheese butter ,curd with roti, idly,dal kichdi, egg,meat , cerelac with pulses, grains, dry fruits and nuts powder in cerelac, porridges, idly helps in increasing weight.
