A. dear mum, breastfeeding till 2 years helps to improve the immunity of your baby. foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply. have lots of fluids and water. Don't be stressed.
