Hello Doctor! My baby is of 02months, at the time of birth her weight was 1800gms and normal, On 23rd August her weight was 3100gms.is this weighy gain ok,what should be the weight gain per month in normal way. Also what to do to keep her head size circular.plz reply.. AskTheExpert

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, a weight gain of 1300 grams in 2 months is a normal weight gain. baby should gain at least 500 grams per month. also if baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health.
