hello doctor my baby is not eating food from 3 days he is becoming very lean

A. Just Get haemoglobin levels checked for your child could be a possibility that the level of the haemoglobin is low which is why slowly your child is losing on to its appetite so once it is met up with proper iron supplements and on your child’s appetite is going to be as good as it previously was
