hello sir my son was 3 years and 3 month old he is taking his food good but he was becoming lean and his weight was 13.7 kg now

If The child is suddenly becoming lean that means a problem with the digestion of the child because if your child is eating really very well yet the weight is not increasing or it is decreasing that means there is an issue with the digestion of the child
