hello doctor .. my baby is having rashes or say small acne ... and redness all over the rectum area .... and I feel she is having fever from last two days with cold and cough ... she is not eating properly .. she is 6 months and 21 days old ... what should I do ... please suggest

please do the following things:
please breast feed your child as per his or her needs.
stop introducing new food for now
apply thin layer of coconut oil on rashes.
avoid using any diapers.
prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child
maintain good hygiene.
