Hello doctor My baby is going to be 8 month old in 2 days..since 3 or 4 days whenever he is eating anything he poops while eating or sometime after that..he is doing potty 4 to 5 times ..what should I do ? plz suggest

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. gastrocolic reflex is very normal in children. in this phenomena the child is having semi solid to solid stool after every episode of of food intake. if the growth of the child is propefr there is no need to worry about this phenomena. it is also advisable to continue curd buttermilk apple and banana which will help in proper digestion of food. d usually this phenomena decreases with increasing age of the child
