hello doctor, my baby is eleven month old and he has cold and fever but fever is there for 4 days and doctor recommended paracetamol 120 to be given 4 hours once and cold syrups for 7 days so when will my baby get relief from fever how many days fever will be there kindly let me know

A. hi parent your kids 10 months old and suffering with fever cough and cold from 4 days, if fever is persistent beyond 3 to 4 days and the child appears well it's ideal to consult pediarician for evvaluating the child for focus of infection
