Hello doctor my baby is crying due to small fine dust on her eyes and it's irritating a lot with out any redness but she cried intermittently please suggest me what to do now

A. there is a redness in the eyes it may be some allergic reaction or infection it needs to examine properly so it is better to consult your doctor then only give any medicine
