Hello doctor my baby is almost a year old(completed 11 months) can I give her cows milk now?? if yes then which milk the blue packet nandini or the orange packet milk? nd hownto dissolve quantities

A. dear mum, yes, you can start giving cow milk. you can also use it to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer. you should continue to breastfeed your baby.

A. hi yes , you can start giving it but start with small quantity and check whether your child is allergic to it or not. then gradually increase it's quantity.
