Q.
hello doctor my baby is 5months 25 days ..he was born through cesarean 3.2 kgs he is very active laughs ,makes all kind of coos ,different sounds he also brings his leg toe to the mouth and sucks ,responds to my voice very quickly ,he loves playing with toys he has a nice grip ,but he still has a Lil unstable control of his neck,if I make him to sit he has better control...my question is why has he not fully got his neck control yet??

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Maintain hydration
Massage regularly with coconut oil
