Hello doctor My baby is 5 month 12 days old He is not pooping regularly now he is pooping fr 2/3 days and he is struggling to poop he makes sound and breathing also variy he hold is breath also while pooping And it’s dark green poop And his head is always hot Please help What we need to do for this

A. Massage tummy in clockwise direction around the navel and apply very little castor oil around anus before passing motion and feed baby on regular intervals as well abd cycling motion of legs and tummy time helps
