hello doctor, my baby is 4months old can i giv him fruits instead of water in fruits nipple? its too hot here?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear mum, avoid giving any sort of fruit, water or even usage of nipple. you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. breastmilk contains about 90 percent water and fulfills the Hydration needs of baby even during hot weather.
