Hello Doctor, My baby is 3months old and his birth weight is 3.3kgs now his weight is 5.8 is the baby in correct weight? He is taking breastfeed only for 5mins for every 2 to 3 hours is that sufficient for the 3months old baby?

it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
