Hello doctor, My baby is 3 months old, sometimes her poop is thick and hard. What would be the reason?

A. Lack of water, as a feeding mother you must take more volume of water. If you are taking hot water also good for the health of baby. Thick kind discharge motion require high fibre food/fruits which you have to take accordingly.
