hello doctor my newborn baby cries a lot during pooping. her poop is very hard. she has vomited since 3 days. plzz help what's the reason??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/gastica d drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed which is called as posseting.it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.you can give bonnisan drops too for betteraaa digestion.

I think your child is suffering with constipation which is why your child is crying like this a little hard motion can be due to dehydration in the body so try to give more of fibre is right and water to the child on regular basis of the motion is easy and need to consult your paediatrician as well
