hello doctor, my baby is 3 months old now and he is on similac formula feed as I'm not able to feed him breast milk. we are doing burping after every feed. last week he had severe cold and was on antibiotics. he is totally fine from cold now. but now after every feed there is a sound coming from his stomach and he lifts his both legs bites his both hands but doest cry. please guide me about his actual problem.
