Mom of 2 kidsMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. This could be VitaminD deficiency.. consult doctor for exact reason but we observe white spots on my nephew face which went away after he took ViraminD supplements.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple cxoconut oil application.
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sofmetimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.
