Doctor, my baby is 1yr 1month old, and I found white spot on his face near lips, why so this? Is there any deficiency? give some solution.

It is difficult to judge without examining the baby so it’s better to consult your Paediatrician and get it checked as physical examination is must in diagnosis of the skin problem as it can be allergy or a skin infection or nutritional deficiency
