Hello doctor, my baby is 28 days old. She is on breastfeed. But she has not done potty from last 3 days. However, she is passing gas like normal. What to do ?

A. it's fine, breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowl movement is ok. burp well n practice tummy time
