hello doctor, my baby is 3 months old and from last 3 days he has not poop, he is passing urine. is there any problem that he has not done potty. he is passing gas

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only three months and constipation is absolutely normal in babies below the age of 6 months a baby cannot pass stool even up to 8 to 10 days also
