#asktheexpert sir my 3 month old baby has not done potty from 4 days. however his urine is ok. when shall I show the doctor? my son is on total breastfeeding

A. sir he is on breastfeeding (3months old) so can we give the things recommend by you

A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose sugfjgested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
