hello doctor, my baby is 2 yrs 4 month old, his all activity is normal he walks and runs, he laughs, he says momy , dady, pani, and some more words... but doesn't speak and doesn't respond after calling his name... and doesnot interact with outer person. ... is it normal... what should I do please suggest me some thing ...

A. I Don’t think so it is a very normal behaviour it’s important for you to get it assessed with a child psychologist sometimes when kids do not make an eye contact it could be due to deficiency of iron but with and do not respond to their name that means there is something wrong
