Hello Doctor My baby is 2 year 2 months old and recently having common cold for remedies what to do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. you can go for home remedies like tulsi ginger honey (add honey if child is more than 1 year of age) combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child. also u can give turmeric with warm milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently. try to prevent temperature variations around variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment. keep the child well covered. if the palms and soles of the child are cold then the child is feeling cold and you have to take preventive measures to make the child warm

AAMom of 2 children3 years agoA. 1.Give balanced diet including fruits vegetables and protein and dry fruits and dairy products.... like milk, ghee and curd... 2.Drink water. 3.Keep her physically active.. like plying in the ground and other physical activity. 4.Morning sunlight is good for us... 5.Ask doctor for multivitamins.. 6.Get her vaccinated on time. 7.Good sleep of 10 hours in important.. 8.Mentain good hygiene.. washing hands when ther get get dirty and before eating. 9.Avoid junk food. 10.Limit screen time and let them learn some activity.

Wikoryl give 2.5 ML to your child as of now two times in the day this is going to be quite helpful in reducing down Dao running nose and cold of your child Anu there is any kind of blocked nose and you can go ahead with putting nasal drops 5 to 6 times in a a day
