Hello doctor , my baby is 2.3 months old he can speek few things like a-z, 1-10, mama , papa, fan ,tv, toung, lip etc.. but he doesn't use mama papa for calling us... Very moody ... when he likes to speak he speaks and most of the time he silent... And he doesn't care that who is calling him only when some one says that lets go watch phone or watch cars on road or which likes the most... I very worried... Will my son be okay dr.??🥺
