Q.

Hello Doctor My baby is 1 month and 24 days old. His milk capacity is not fixed. At night he demands more. 2-3 times he vomited in night. I give BF first and if he demands more then give formula too. But he demands frequently like every one and a half hours. At night more. If I don't give, he cries a lot. Please suggest, what should I do?

A. hi yes , during night time , your prolactinlevel decrease and so baby gets low milk supply at that time and remain hungry so its ok if baby gets hungry frequently please offer plenty of breastfeeds to your baby you may take suppliments like laptadine tablets which help to increase your breastmilk supply and so your baby can get enough milk
