hello doctor my baby hands or palm will be always hot ir warm as if feverish. is this normal? please help

Having warm body temperature is completely normal for kids till the time it is not fever and if you are saying it is not fever and there is no problem with that because kids tend to have a normal body temperature as a warm sometimes and sometimes extremely cold
