Q.

hello doctor.my baby had a little fever and cold.so I gave him 10 ml of paracetamol liquid. At 3 am he vomit 3 times.now he is fine.what is the cause doctor?

A. ok sir,but we gave paracetamol in morning.after 18 hrs he vomits.

A. the baby is more than one year of age is baby is having both fever and vomiting most of the times it will be infection baby is having the dose of paracetamol you had to check
