my baby is 4.5 month old today i give her penta 3 dose and the doctor gave me paracetamol tablet but she had a fever now my doctor gave me maxtra 15 ml drop for fever in last month so can i give maxtra and skip paracetamol?

A. Maxtra is for cold and co festoon and fir fever you gave to give Crocin or paracetamol abd instead of tablet you can give Crocin drops to the baby take care
