My baby is 3 years old. He has a fever of 101. What dose of paracetamol should I give him

A. the doors of paracetamol will be 10 mg to 15 milligrams per kg body weight for a dose. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
