Hello Doctor, My baby boy's birth weight was 3.8 kg. And now he is 5 months, 28 days old, and his present weight is 6.5 kg. Could you please let us know if this is good?? The baby is still breastfeeding.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear parent, a weight of 6.5 kg is a normal weight for your 5 months 28 days old baby. continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete and introduce top food thereafter.

But here we have consulted with a local doctor, and he said that your baby's weight is 1 kg less as of now. And they have prescribed below. Vitamin D3 - 10 drops per day Raricap - 8/10 drops at 1 pm Astymin-C - 1ml at 11 am NAN Pro 2 - formula milk Mum's Care Rice and moong dal cereal - Solid food Could you please suggest that we give it as above?? Or could you please suggest something? And when to start giving water ?
