Q.

Hello Doctor, my baby boy is 2 years 9 months old. Still he doesn't speak in sentences. He speaks monosyllables and bisyllables only. identifies all colours, shapes, can say one to ten and can identify as numbers and all alphabets.He understands everything I say and follows order. but he doesn't speak in sentences. What should I do now?

A. most of the babies by this age will be speak in small sentences of 2 to 3 words only e please interact more with the baby to improve your vocabulary it may take some time
