hello doctor,my baby boy is 2 month 18 days old his birth weight is 2.5kg nd now he is 4.5kg is this a good growth or not?please suggest me.how can I increase his weight.

It’s Very healthy your child has gained approximately two kgs in two months and that is quite an ideal weight gain I don’t think so you need to worry about it at all just continue breastfeeding your child in the same manner only in the weight will increase at the same pace which is good
