Hello Doctor, my baby boy is 1yr & 1month old. But he's not eating anything like fruits, vegetables, curd, oats etc. Now from last month he is suffering from cold and cough.what can I do?

A. there is no problem giving fruits to the baby having cold and cough baby may be having allergic rhinitis the reason he is getting recurrent cold and cough for the last one month
