hello doctor my baby boy is 1:3 year old and he have a very rough skin ....what should I do for that

Nmfe Vitamin E cream can be given to the child like you can apply two or three times in a day to start with because it’s one of the best cream to manage the skin of the child so you can apply it this way and you can use it regularly as long as you want to go ahead with it it’s a very healthy clean to go far
