Aloe vera is an excellent moisturizer that can make your daughter skin soft, shiny and also you can try Johnson's Baby Cream for the face and Johnson's Baby Lotion for your daughter this keeps skin hydrates and give 24hrs moisturization. Definitely you can see changes.

Try NMFE vitamin E cream just go for the cream not lotion it is good for dry skin issues so start applying that on a regular basis and apart from that for the time being do not apply any kind of oil or cream onto the face just continue with the same only wherever the skin can you dry
