hello doctor, my age 26 i had a c section delivery one time i had a back pain so i consult a doctor. He suggest one month calcium tablet, when i intake i feel good so i discontinue... Now again i feel pain, can i drink women horlicks plus it is really work... Am now drinking tea and coffee

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom You are a breastfeeding mother then you should avoid taking coffee. Rather than this you should continue taking calcium tablets because it is very important to take proper iron and calcium after C-section delivery. And if you are not taking calcium tablets then you should go for any healthy drink. Happy parenting
