Hello doctor...My 6 month old daughter wakes up almost 7-8 times at night and does not stop crying unless she's being fed...we have started ragi for her other than breastmilk...what could be the reason?? she was waking up only 2-3 times during night time for milk until she was 4.5 month old. could she be waking up really because of hunger?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. It is developmentally normal to wake up at night at least through the first year and often for quite a while longer.
At first babies mostly wake due to hunger at night..
feed well.
