Hello Doctor My 4 month boy is completely drinking formula only he doesn’t want BM as I m having less supply now he cries if I force him to drink BM So supply is completely less it’s in drops what to do I m worried tell me how to increase Bm I m taking shatavari powder once n shatavari capsules 3 per day not finding any results

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Please use a breast pump to pump out milk between and after feedings. You can then feed this milk using a bottle or a sterilised bowl and a spoon. Breast compressions help. Massage your breasts before feeding. Maintain skin to skin contact with your child. This might help the child to accept the breast. Try feeding from both the breasts. Eat oats with milk. Drink milk atleast 2-3 times in a day. Eat a healthy and well balanced diet. Eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables.
