Q.

Hello Doctor My 4 month boy is completely on formula milk nan pro 1 as my BM is null and since beginning I had supply issue hence he was given with formula only I am really worried about it Actually I want to breastfeed my baby help me in achieving this plz

A. you should improve your diet take all dairy products, plenty of fluids, fenugreek soaked, garlic, shatavari with milk and also can consult with gynaecologist for increasing lactation as she will suggest best medicine as per your health
