hello doctor my 3 year old boy is not telling for doing potty during 2 weeks before that he was able to tells for doing potty my child has speech delay but when he wants to go to toilet he tells me,( before 2 week ) now he is doing potty in his pant I am very concern about it is this complicated

Your child is either just being lazy to go to the washroom or your child is just not realising the senses where in being lazy and not informing common to be seen with kids because they’re busy and engaged in games and they just push it across that I’ll go while go I’ll inform in the meanwhile they do it just because of laziness
