hello doctor, my 2months and 9 days old daughter has not poop ,today will be the 4th day.. she is only on breast milk.. kindly suggest

A. no problem in h Babies below 6 months may not be passing stool regularly a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need of any medicines
