Hello doctor,my 25 days old boy sleeps alot he is waking up for feeding only he sleeps throughout the day may I know the reason please is there any concern to take #Vaccination

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician1 Year agoA. its perfectly normal Sleep pattern varies from baby to baby Generally baby sleep for 14-16 hrs at this age Keep a watch on urine output Baby should pass urine minimum 6-8 times per day Feed properly before sleep to ur baby Switch off or dim light before sleep Sing a song or cuddle ur baby Check and change urine and motion immediately after passing it Baby commonly wakes up 2-3 times at night for feed

Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. it takes time in babies to set the sleep pattern.. the best way to put the baby sleep gv a good massage before bed.. play some soothing soft music as baby is sleeping ensure baby is full before bed..
