also children do have awakening as they are still learning to shift from one sleep cycle to another

Maam the food is going to be the same what you and your family are having on an everyday basis there is nothing specific or different food that you need to make but what you can do is that you can make your child have milk half an hour before your child goes to sleep I think that will be a good idea and when a child wake up in the night give water to the child instead of feeding the child
